I love that both of you have had good experience working with family because that's not always the case that the family dimension makes things difficult.

But yeah, I think, you know, if there's a foundation of of grace to begin with, like there has to be grace because and also that separation.

I think that we you know, in my business, I had to you know, there was many times with my daughter.

I had to like call her and say, Hey, I have my I have my boss hat on right now.

Like, I need to talk to you as your boss versus talk to you as your mother or she would say to me hey you're talking to me as my mom right now and I really need you to talk to me as you know like I'm communicating with you as an employee so yeah and that took time right I think that it's it's not something that came right away um And then also maybe the communication is a little bit better in that, hey, you hurt my feelings on that.

Like, you know, so learning each other's because here's the thing about Maureen and Maynard.

so successful in life like their businesses each of them have been uber successful in their businesses and they come with some really strong their strong personalities and being able to work with them and learn from them outstanding and also have strong personalities so it can be and i too am the same way like i can i can relate to to that type of my daughter coming in and being like she wants to she's a lot like you like tell me what to do and i'll do it right like i'll do it to the best of my ability and so

Yeah, and I think a lot of it we've had to just remember, you know, we love and respect each other very much already, so that foundation is already there.

But then I think remembering to be really heart-centered, like when we do have conversations that are difficult, right, and being really honest and open.

I think it helps that both her and I are very open and honest, and we really do want to communicate well and make sure that, you know, both of us feel really confident and And knowing that things are going to go smoothly and that we're going to keep continuing to communicate well.
