The victim is a manipulation tactic that tries to get people to do what we want them to do, but we use our victim status or And again, you know, there are people that have been, we've all been victimized at some point, right? But when we're stuck in that state of mind and we operate consistently from that, we learn how to get what we want through a form of manipulation.

Another one is being, is called the rescuer where we need to come in and save everyone from their problems, but that's not our job.

So if you're in a, in a relationship where you're trying to rescue someone from whether it be drug addiction or alcohol addiction or whatever it is, you're actually doing a disservice to that person.
