Why Community Is Your Greatest Competitive Advantage

Building a business has never been easier. Staying in business is the real challenge. In this episode of Potential to Powerhouse, Tracy Holland sits down with Stephanie Cartin, co-founder of Entrepreneista and the Entrepreneista League, one of the largest communities for women entrepreneurs with more than 3,000 members. Stephanie shares the deeply personal journey that shaped her leadership, from being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis while launching her first company to navigating infertility, scaling a successful business, and creating a community where women never have to build alone. Together, Tracy and Stephanie explore why confidence grows through connection, how asking "Who can help?" changes everything, and why investing in yourself is often the first step toward building the business you want.
