Over the past three years, I have been developing my signature framework called the Sexual Longevity Protocol, and every conversation this season is going to connect to one of the five pillars of sexual longevity.

Because I believe that lasting sexual health isn't built on one solution, it's built on a comprehensive foundation.

So I'm gonna briefly touch upon the five pillars, and pillar number one is blood flow and vascular health.

So blood flow is essential to pelvic health, it is essential to penile health, it is essential to vulva and vaginal health.

And so if you don't have blood flow, you're gonna have decreased sensation and decreased function.

Hormones are absolutely essential to a beautiful and active sex life, and as our hormones change throughout our lives, this can affect our libido, it can affect our way of expressing our sexuality, and it can also affect our sensation.

So it is absolutely necessary to have the conversation around hormones so that we can maintain optimal levels throughout our life and experience the best sex lives that we can experience.

So if your pelvic floor is weak, it is gonna absolutely affect your sexual function.

And as we all know, your brain is the biggest sex organ, so it is absolutely essential to have good mental health and also to have all of the right tools that we can put in place to affect our brain blood barriers, covering topics on pillar four, the brain, mindset, and pleasure aspect of our sexual health.

So we're gonna be talking about all sorts of lifestyle-related topics, relationships, communication, relationship options such as ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, behavioral or life choices such as kink and BDSM and how that can enhance your sex life.

And so I am part of all of these communities, and so I will be talking about and having guests on that will be targeting these particular topics, which is part of pillar five.
