So where is your passion? Well, first, what is your takeaway for our listeners?

So I'm on a mission to get women to invest.

I had learned in 2020 that of all of the investors in commercial real estate, only 3% were women.

And of that 3%, half were inherited or women signing on their husband's guarantees.

So I thought that was crazy.

So we're going to talk about that mission and how I'm trying to achieve that.

But along with that mission is telling, my takeaway is to create your buy box.

What would you want to invest in? What asset class? Because A lot of people come to me and they say, oh, I have 30 VRBOs or Airbnbs and I want to sell all of those and get into commercial.

How should I do it? And the first thing I say is we need to create your buy box.

And I shared a little earlier that I lead a women in real estate group up here.

I print an agenda no matter what, every single time, even if there's a speaker.

And at the bottom, I have all the asset types, all the strategies, all those main decisions they need to be thinking through that, you know, it's just like, come on, start warming up to something here a little bit, right? Exactly, exactly.

All right.

Well, so and you also do some other things for women.

So why don't you talk about all the different things you do?

Yes.

So when I when I learned that that stat was basically I was part of one point five percent, I didn't believe it.

So I started asking my friends that work in commercial real estate, you know, do you invest? Yes.

Well, where do you invest the stock market? you invest in the stock market, but you represent Starbucks looking for locations or Home Depot or Costco.

Why don't you invest in some of those deals? And well, I don't have a million dollars.

I said, well, you don't need a million dollars.

Well, it's too complicated.

The math, it's too risky.

I said, well, the stock market's risky.

I said, my Netflix stock dropped 80% last year.
