If you're in real estate, of course, Prue is a dynamite organization because it's, I like to call it primarily credentialed women that have expertise, true expertise, education-based expertise.

And so I'm very at home with them because my litigation background is like, I like people with credentials, right? But almost every community in some form or fashion has a local RIA, a Real Estate Investment Association, where people gather.

And even if most of them are doing residential, more and more are realizing that like how you can do this commercial investment with even your retirement money and not have to do anything and you're getting distributions and you're building wealth for the family.

How much... more can you ask for really when you think about it and then when you start really comparing to some of those stock market results and seeing you know these are hard real assets too they don't just dissolve into nothing it's it's huge so um terrific well tell people to take away again please
