Dario BettiHostYeah, so I think the old CPaaS companies, I would say, were focused on getting the share of connectivity, but now I think the battleground is not about connectivity.
It is about what we do on top, and the orchestration layer and the value addition layer is where I think the true battleground is gonna be in the future.
Because the enterprises who pay for the service are only focused on outcomes, and they want easier way to be able to engage with the customers and see the outcome, what's happening with the spend on that communication.
So imagine customer wants to buy something, verify the identity, whether it is real person, agent, fraud, and then be able to make a payment or get support.
Today, that journey would involve multiple applications, channels, and systems, and once the AI agents become ubiquitous, like what you have in SMS and WhatsApp, AI agents will orchestrate that journey, and choosing the communication channel, authenticating, interacting with the enterprise systems, and completing the loop end to end.
Somebody who is able to orchestrate this connectivity between all these players is gonna be the winner, and I think that's where bulk of the investment, at least where we are spending money, and those are the kind of problems we are solving for our customers.

Wow, and we, we thought that it was good to keep up with users, computers, and eventually things.

There is more that we need to look in this, and, uh, the more to be happily engaged.
