Last week, I said I was going to do a 52 or 3K run on Saturday with 5,000 metres climbing.

I ended up doing... 40 46 k's or something with around 3 000 2 800 because i just well no 3 800 3 800 because i couldn't be fucked getting 200 meters more like literally i was just

and i just went no fuck it um Because, you know, it just takes so, as it was, that took me 10 hours.

And I was thinking, there's literally no point in being out for 13 or 14 hours.

It's just making me more tired, which means I'm actually making myself less prepared for the race if I'm exhausting myself that much in training.

And I was obviously quite clearly pre-menstrual because, you know, I, Monday, I got my period.

And, you know, shout out to perimenopause because it was only two weeks since my last period.

So all the women who the men are probably like, well, we don't need to know this.

But the women who are in the same boat as me will understand and they want to hear about it.

people going through what they're going through, but still having big goals, right? You can still have big goals.

It's just going to be harder, you know, and more tiring and sucky and annoying.
