We have called him in the magazine a litigious bully, and I would say that's a pretty fair description.
He brings litigation against anyone unlucky enough to be in a contract with him, and, um, he uses his legal knowledge and his knowledge of the legal system to sort of extract money from people.

Um, a removals firm moved his stuff and stored some of his stuff afterwards.
It sent him an invoice with the old company's, uh, company number and company name, which you might not think a great crime.
Not to Andrew Milne, it represented an opportunity, and he sent various letters to the directors of this firm.
He said he was going to bring a class action worth millions for all the def- defrauded customers.
