My guest today is Dr. Joseph Allen.

He's a doctor of optometry and the founder of Doctor Eye Health on YouTube, where he has built a community of over one million followers and one of the most trusted voices in eye health education on the internet.

He brings the science down to earth in a way that actually changes how people take care of their vision, and today, he's bringing that same approach to the post-menopausal woman who has no idea what is happening to her eyes and what she can do about it.

This year's National Eye Health Week takes place from the 21st to the 27th of September, promoting the importance of good eye health and the need for regular eye tests for all.

We're joined today by Louise Gow, Head of Eye Health Optometry and Low Vision at RNIB to learn more.

So why is it important for people to get regular eye tests?

So there's lots of reasons why you should have a regular eye test.

The most important one is to protect your vision.

At first Larson had come very near to killing himself when he learned that, but a scheme had come to him.

There was the Eye of Triton, the great stone which people of Neptune's moon had worshipped for untold Neptunian ages.

It was clearly unique on Triton, where all other gems were so abundant.

It must be unique in the system, certainly in its historical value.

And I think what really truly speaks to this, and I think Mark Slareth kind of brought it up at a point, is these guys all play for one another.

And they will sacrifice maybe personal glory and stats for the betterment of the team.
