She is an intuitive drinking coach, host of the globally top-ranked podcast, It's Not About the Alcohol, and founder of Emotional Sobriety Coaching.
After privately struggling with alcohol for more than 20 years herself, she helps high-achieving women understand the emotional and neurological reasons behind overdrinking so they can reduce, even lose that desire to drink without relying on shame or willpower alone.
