So my listeners may or may not know you, but I think it would be great for both of us to just first just really quickly introduce ourselves.

Yeah, so hi, my name is Megan Spear and I am the executive director of an organization called the Nonprofit Hub.

Nonprofit Hub in the most kind of meta description is a nonprofit for the people who run nonprofits.

So if you think of nonprofits in the sense of there's a problem they're trying to solve in the world, ours is trying to fill some professional skills gaps for nonprofit leaders.

But educationally or background wise, they've never taken an accounting class or a marketing class or have any experience in HR for hiring and firing and those kind of business acumen skills.

So that's really where we come in because we understand that a lot of times professional development doesn't always get line items in nonprofit budgets.

So between our webinars and our podcast and the blog and the newsletter and our ultimate guides and cause camp, we just are trying to make resources available to nonprofit leaders so that they can stay up on what's going on and learn about all of those pieces that they need.

When I went through your website, having been an executive director before, like I think personally.

I do recruiting for a living and I'm always like, I never want to be an executive director again, right? But things, you know, resources like what you have, all the things that you offer are so important for leadership.

So I hope everybody who's listening to our shows, you know, does go to your website.

And it's so fun for me to watch people in the chat connect with each other to be like, oh my gosh, that's the exact question I was going to ask because that's exactly what we're dealing with too.

And so you get a little of that camaraderie of like, oh no, I'm not in it alone.

So my listeners may or may not know you, but I think it would be great for both of us to just first just really quickly introduce ourselves.
