But before we talk about that, you're just coming off of the NAM leadership retreat and have a lot of initiatives there.

And I don't think people really realize how much planning and how much time goes into the initiatives that you work on.
They came in ready and engaged and sponges to absorb what it is that we are focusing on next year.
And one thing to start out with is it's the one thing about NAMM is that it cannot be a stop start every year.
We acknowledge those, but things that are unfinished, we continue until we get them to cross the finish line.
So a lot of legislative issues are continuing, moving into the next year to make sure that that continuity and those relationships are forged.
Being in DC day one is a perfect example of Kimber and I are both, in DC continuing and handing off that baton and making sure that we're pushing those initiatives and priorities forward.
We had an amazing lineup of actually four, there are four process new systems that we are rolling out and implementing a couple that i cannot talk about and i'm not going to announce until uh the the uh nam um we'll get more
you will definitely get more on that later um but we're rolling out three implementing four new systems into NAMM and that is to modernize and improve those three pillars that we have our advocacy our education and our member benefits all three of those are being amazingly overhauled and improved upon and implemented and and the board has a large task Communication is the key.
