Mike Farrell

Mor- you know, Morrissey's a funny one because he's based, or he, he has been based in LA for the last 30 years, and he comes up a lot because, you know, it's like when you're a freelance musician, it's like this-- you know about the gigs that are around and who's out and who's in what band.

And I've always had friends in his band g- you know, going back till he-- Since he moved to LA, as far as I can tell, I've known Jesse, who's been his guitarist the whole time I, I knew, and another friend of mine played keys for him for a very long time, Mike Farrell, who now plays with Alanis, fantastic keyboard player.

Played, played with, with, with Morrissey for a long time.

And it was one of those, like it kept kind of coming around like, "Hey, are you interested in touring with Morrissey?" Or, "Are you interested in going and doing a thing with Morrissey?" And the thing was, I wasn't, didn't really, really wanna tour with him.

Absolutely.

So here we are in October, and it is so exciting to introduce to you our NAMM president, Mike Farrell.

So Mike, thanks for joining us today.

Well, good morning, Ginger.
