Recapping Our DVC Summer with Scott and Chad

Now, we did do the Alaska cruise, and I'll skip everybody the details on that one because Gina and I did a whole show on it together.

My family actually booked a staycation.

We had two nights at Beach Club, two nights at Animal Kingdom.

And this was Laura's idea to help celebrate Brynn's 15th birthday.

And then four or five days before they get ready to come down, Laura breaks a leg.

And so she didn't come and left me to execute it all.

And it was just kind of not the best time because I really just wish we would have canceled it, taken the points into holding, figured out something later in the year.

But Laura was just insistent.

No, it's Brynn's birthday.

Yeah.

So the good news to that is because I had extra people, I was able to put Scott and his wife on the reservation and they could come to Beach Club Pool.

So Scott, what was your take after finally getting to go to the Beach Club Pool?

Oh, it was amazing.

DVC members since 2016.

And we have tried countless times.

The only time I ever was able to secure a reservation and I didn't know it was when the pool was under refurb.

And that's the big selling point of Beach Club.

It's that, that pool, the lazy river and thoroughly impressed.

Loved it.

Yeah.

Lazy river was a little different.

It was a little on the slow side, but man, that whirlpool at the end, I felt like I was, I was at a dishwasher, man, just getting spun around.

Yeah.
