He is in the Space Coast up in Brevard County.

But let's start.

Small fledging company.

We're growing up here on the Space Coast, Florida, right outside Kennedy Space Center.

Taking that knowledge that I was given talks to at Kennedy at Johnson for years.

into the commercial sector, into that sector.

When I was fired, I was slated to give a talk here on the Space Coast for the Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce.

They retaliated against me, floor detected, after I was fired.

They went... dirty rat bastards behind my back to the president of the Chamber of Commerce and said, take him off the list to give a talk where his business was going to be featured and promoted to all these other Space Coast community businesses and investors and networks.

And I didn't even know about it until I saw a post online.

We're watching Northeast Florida emerge as a growing destination for these defense and national security investments.

In your eyes, what are the specific advantages that this region offers that differentiate it from more established aerospace and defense hubs like Space Coast, for example?

I don't think it's an either or between us and Space Coast or even us and Tampa or Orlando or Miami, right? We have to state that at the very beginning.

There is enough for all of us and we all have different things that we're very good at.

What I believe we have here in Northeast Florida, and I can only speak to what I'm talking about for Keystone Heights, we have something here that nobody else has in the nation, which is camp landing, which has munitions drop.

And they're looking to build out, they're doing some evaluation on some other land right now and looking to build that out.

There's a lot of growth going on here.

I think we're different than Tampa, Orlando, and the Space Coast.
