You're not going to have some of the other stuff that the older companies that have been around for a long time are going to do, right? But...

On top of the things that you're doing with your social media and what have you, you still have to pound the pavement.

How much are these business cards costing? How much do these ads cost? And how much does one job pay you? How much is one reputation? You know what I mean? Like if you can just get one job, it's worth it.

Right, because it's kind of the same thing that I say to people when they're working with us.

Some companies believe that if you're following up to the point where the person you're calling is cussing you out, that that means that you're doing enough follow-ups.

Because to me, if you get to that point, you're doing too much, you're doing too hard, and you're doing the opposite of what you're trying to do because it's not just you want like this is the business where you can't say any advertising is good no in the moving industry as far as i'm concerned being in this industry for over 20 years there is bad advertising and there's good advertising a person may not choose your specific company to handle their business but uh What happens is it's your relationship with that person.

Moving, not moving doesn't matter that you're building because this is what happens.

People talk to each other, right? So let's say that that person chose somebody else.

Their friends, their family are going to ask them, how did you move go? And they're going to say good, bad, whatever.
