I didn't have a $20,000 sofa to bring, but I don't think I would have brought it because as I said, their styles are very different all around the country and you wanna fit in with the style.

But also in business, having never worked in American industry before, I was working all my life in the UK.

It's a little bit of a culture shock Because you think we speak the same language, but sometimes there's certain turns of phrases that just do not translate.

And I can tell you having clients in both UK and US, yeah, there are definitely differences and there are definitely words that you use in UK that you don't use in US and such.

And ultimately, at the end of the day, whether you're there or not, or in some different country, you always want to be someone to provide great service.

You want to help, but at the same time, there's obviously a limit to how far you want to go because we're not in business to work for free.
