So before I get into the next question, I am curious, what is the difference between a nanny and a babysitter?
Or Next week on Tuesday and Wednesday, can you come help us? Are you available? So it's someone who comes in on occasion, whereas a nanny is someone who's consistently there, consistently 12 to 5, consistently Monday through Friday, 7 to 7.

First of all, that's a great distinction because there certainly are the moms who like, hey, I'm going on date night.

And then there's parents who are like, I need someone here regularly that I know is going to be here and that is going to support me without a doubt.

And I actually did that for a little bit of time when my last child was born.

And it felt weird because sometimes I didn't have anything to do and the nanny would come and I'm like, should I rest? Should I work? Should I clean? Should I do nothing? Should I go have fun? It was weird to me because I did not want to lose her.

And so I put her on a regular schedule, but I didn't always have something to do during that time.
And they might've been there for, right now we have a nanny who's been at her job for 10 years.
And what I told her is, you don't think they need you in this time physically, mentally, and emotionally.
