Take it one step further on the vision for, um, Resas.

Like, like talk to me a little bit more about that.

Well, Resas is probably the largest non-MLS.

I know when the MLS had the issues for those that are part of the Realtors Association, that there's all these rules, like, uh, regulations.

They saw the lawsuit coming out.

Resas was about 400,000 in our database.

We are now over 800,000 and counting.

Wow.

Many of the people in different companies will say there's two ways to keep you in game.

Culture, right? The friendships, relationship.

You'll stay there because of all that.

The other one is leads.

If you get deal flow, you're gonna stay and help your business.

Resas builds community, small core communication, but it passes leads within your company.

But the big thing, what it does do, is pass leads different company.

So you could be BNAS, JW, Epic, you know, uh, Energy...

All those different companies, it passes leads.

I know internationally, Savills, Chesterton, many others, we pass leads and referrals.

But after I left EHP, people asked me to run their commercial, and I said, "I'm not doing that again." But what I'll do is use the Resas technology, build a moat around your company, and then add the verticals.

Commercial real estate, uh, new construction development, property management, global, luxury.

So I'm actually building all those luxury verticals.

So instead of you hiring an entire team, you know, dev team to put it all together, we...

You know, Bernard and many of us, we know how expensive it is, many entrepreneurs to put this all together.

Even with AI, it's expensive.

You still gotta earn to a couple million dollars, is now to piggyback on what we're building.
