How important is that? Even just kind of having an attitude, a receptivity to having someone like yourself.

I've done personal work on myself with a professional and, it's a little daunting to walk in and have someone like, I mean, just listen to me yammer away and like my blind spots aren't clear to me.

So being willing to be, have a coach who will speak into my life and speak into these other individuals' lives.

The thing, our patterns are really neurons that are wired together that are firing.

It's the way we brush our teeth, the natural way that we recruit the muscles to do it.

We don't even think about it because we've had so much repeat behavior that we know how to do that thing.

One is the amplitude of the intention, meaning how strong somebody is actually motivated because they're telling their system, I want this badly.

If somebody has a lot of repetition, they go to communication workshops and they're practicing every day and they're meeting with meetup groups and they're practicing and they're practicing sending signals.

And then sometimes you'll meet people where they just have, maybe for lack of a better way of saying it, a come to Jesus moment where they're like, I just can't live like this anymore.

I want this other thing so badly that there's nothing that's going to get in the way of me getting that.
