At that price, the total offer was worth sixty-seven point five billion FCFA, or about a hundred and eighteen million dollars.
The offer valued the entire bank at three hundred and thirty-seven point five billion FCFA.
Based on its fifty million shares outstanding, the shares are expected to list on the BRVM, the regional stock exchange serving the eight member states of the West African Economic and Monetary Union.
The transaction gives public investors access to a bank that has spent several years expanding its balance sheet, earnings, and customer activity.
