I like to always start at the beginning to, like, set the scene, set the landscape.

I think we all know in marketing now, you know, video is a powerful tool, but could you perhaps talk about it, um, as, as a way that people are using it to communicate alongside things like copy and visuals, et cetera, and I guess where it kind of like fits in, in the journey?

It's just, like, a great thing that works alongside it because, um, like, we do, as humans, we do process visuals much faster than text, so...

And it, it really, like, combines, you know, with like your classic explainer video.

So it's, yeah, just something that's really engaging and just easy to capture attention.

Obviously, like, we're living in a, you know, a, an era of needing to get people's attention as quick as possible, so it's really good for that.

And then, yeah, it does, like, show personality as well and builds trust with whoever you're trying to basically get your message to.

Do you think it helps go, you know, customers perhaps where if it's, like, a confusing product or, um, you know, they might have lots of questions.

Do you think the videos help that clarity? And I suppose the question is, whereabouts, like, in the journey should you be hitting a customer with the video? Like, should it be on your homepage right there, right in front of everybody? Or do you think it should be layered in a bit more into their journey? You know, so perhaps when they're starting to consider things and then you get hit with the video.

There's like, there's so many, um, different videos that you can actually produce for, like, every stage of the journey, which we can, like, we'll definitely get into, um, a bit further on.

But yeah, I definitely find, like, the main issue that businesses, like, can often assume that customers already understand what they're doing.

So that's, you know, that's where we come in and we help them to refine their message to make it a lot more accessible and easy to understand for everyone.

Um, I think, like, for example, like one area that's really easily overlooked is, like, for, or personally for me anyway, like product setup.

So, you know, I still find that, like, so many, like, products will still rely on, like, massively long written manuals or, like, PDFs.
