And I have to give a shout out to Women in Manufacturing Iowa for really helping spearhead this show.

And the most important thing we do with any podcast, I shouldn't say the most important thing, but one of the key things is finding the right venue.

And Dom, you were helping me through no short list of great spots, but I'm so glad we ended up here at Either Or, which is affiliated with Lua Brewing.

Tell us a little about Lua Brewing, just so the folks listening kind of know where we're hanging out today.

Lewin Brewing is a great little brewery out downtown Des Moines, but they opened this place up a couple of years ago and is affiliated, serves all their beers.

Everybody's so nice because we still got that Iowa nice everywhere you go here.
