Manny FigueroaGuestSathiya SamHostYou have a day where you have a slip or you have even just really lustful thoughts.
I know for me, even when I used to work with a personal trainer and he was giving me macros I had to hit every day and some days I didn't hit them and he would say, it's okay, we'll make some adjustments and you can still hit your target for the week.
Did that feel natural to you? Had you done that previously? Or did you make a conscious effort when you were in deep clean to to really go and be vulnerable that way it was a conscious effort i

knew that i if i wanted different results i had to do something different and so i i understood that all right i got it i got to get it go all in on it put all my ships in and just go all in i mean what else do i have to lose i've tried other things before so yeah it was just a conscious effort let me just put it all out there and pray for the best
What about year two? What did year two look like for you, and what adjustments did you have to make at that point?

So I remember year two, as I recall back, I was starting to get a glimpse of success.

I was starting to get a glimpse of, like, hey, I'm not that year, but for a long time, and because of pornography and all the habits that I'm dealing with, I had this... like a lot of negativity, a lot of mindset negativity, a lot of how do I say, like I gained this success, but it can easily go away.

One slip can go away, you know? And so I'm still gaining that confidence to say, all right, like, I'm on the other side and I can walk in power.
