Uh, give me the list of solutions that you tried to quit pornography before you joined deep clean.

I'll be honest.

I'll take it off with even when I started with the sport of boxing.

We had this thing where we found out, and maybe a lot of guys have heard of, you shouldn't have... sexual relationships before a fight so as a kid as a teenager i struggled with with that in itself we had a fight coming up and had to make sure to to not be active or well as a kid i was making sure not to masturbate or anything like that uh but um Those were the things where I started to think, okay, I want to, like, one day I'm going to get rid of this.

I'm going to stop and I'm going to never do this again.

And so I attempted all sorts of things, just like white knuckling was probably the biggest one, trying to focus on maybe any goals that I had and something like that.

And I thought I was having some success.

What about year two? What did year two look like for you, and what adjustments did you have to make at that point?
