When you look back now on your childhood, what, what do you think that was special?
I remember walking along the promenade in Port de Soller, especially more in winter.
Um, it's a beautiful beach in the north of the island, and I have very fond memories of those.
So it was kind of a mix of being in the center of the island, but then also beachside depending on the time of year.
Because of the restaurant magazine, we'd be reviewing lots, and I'd always try tag along because it was always-
And what about the local, uh, mar- the local traditions and festivals and experiences? Do any of those stand out in your memory from growing up?
Yeah, so I definitely like the kind of demonies festivals, even though when I was a kid they were quite scary because that is almost the purpose, to kind of scary.
And- Every town has their own little festival, and I'd definitely go to a couple of those, and some of them would even have foam parties.
Like, it was just a really nice way to be more incorporated into the local culture and go with friends and experience Mallorcan life for what it is exactly.
Oh, Christmastime is one of my favorite times on the island in the year as well because it, it's so magical here.
