The first time I got blood work done was eight years ago now, and when I first started learning about it, 'cause I was wondering what all these metrics were and what they meant, it really made a lot of sense of how I was feeling in terms of energy-wise, how my results really showed up, and just, like, pretty much everything, right? When it comes to metabolism, how many calories I was eating for my day-to-day energy, why I was feeling certain ways.
That wasn't just, like, a deep bodybuilding prep standpoint when you're at a super low body fat percentage and you eat a lot less and you're probably more fatigued.
So when it comes to that standpoint, it is something that I am going to make sure that I cover in depth with this one.
