But one of the biggest shifts of the weekend was Mars moving into the sign of Leo, leaving Cancer and entering into a sign that he is much more comfortable in, right? Mars in Cancer was not necessarily at home, right? It-- Cancer is a sign of water and emotion and memory, and moves, you know, in a, a slower pace than what Mars would like to have, right? Mars doesn't want to go through all the touchy-feely, uh, emotional energy.

Now he's moving into Leo, and as our courageous guide on our journey, the part of us that's willing to act, initiate, defend, maybe pursue and sometimes fight for what matters to us, he's in a sign that would support that, or seemingly support that.

And Mars being here gives you the action energy, the initiative energy to do just that kind of thing.

Now, there can be tremendous creativity here, right? Passion and confidence and the willingness to take a risk or to stand up and say, "This matters to me," or, "This is what I want," or even, "This is what I believe in." But of course, Leo has a shadow, as all signs do, right? And courage can become bravado in the shadow energy here.

So one of the questions that we might ask, uh, of ourselves or that we're carrying with ourselves during this period of time is that, am I acting from the courage of my heart or am I acting because I need to prove something, right? Or because I feel the need to, I have to, right? The have to, shoulda, coulda w- right? And then as we look at this from a larger sort of myth and soul direction, right? Mars entered the realm of the sovereign.

But lately I've also been thinking, uh, of how it is that we could m- arrange the words in the myth and soul language for the signs themselves.

In fact, they carry a mythology, right? But let's update that mythology a bit and take a look at what we've got.

And l- in my mind, Leo immediately brings up the, the story of King Arthur, right? Not necessarily, you know, the Arthur, the warrior, um, though there's certainly, you know, something of that in, uh, the courage of the lion.

And in the old stories, the health of the king and the health of the kingdom were one in the same.
