So we have all of this coming at us, and some people might be listening to this now already feeling huge guilt, thinking, "Oh my gosh, I have damaged my child's, uh, cognitive, social, um, emotional development because I've done this to my child." So y- I'm sure you've got parents coming to you with this trauma as well.

Well, in, in, uh, the parental school, we have, like, a lot of topics, 87, but in every topic, the topic of screen is coming, like Anouk said already before.

But when you look how, uh, parenthood is pressured or, like, living in the 21st century, all the digitalization, but also all the children, right? Everyone has a look on how you parent your children, and you ha- you have always the fear that if you don't do it right, then you have a social worker in front of the door, someone is coming.

So it is different than it was ancient time because in ancient time what was behind closed door, it stayed behind closed door.

And a lot of people want to do it right, but this is right goes to certain perf- being perfect, and that's what's all this parental burnout is about, uh, um, is about.

about.When you take now the screens, for example, we teach, we teach a lot that-- or we say under three years, no use.

Then at a certain age, you should really get into contact, be interested, be educated yourself, and then when it's adolescence, then it's really already [laughs] gone, but you have to stay in contact with your, with your, with your adolescents.

And we, we now, I think we are, we are not digital native, so to be a good role model, because that's the best thing you can do.

You have to be, uh, good in things you do, but you use your phone for everyday life, uh, regarding mail, internet, staying in contact.

So how to, to find the balance on not using it too much and on the other hand, educate your children around that.

When they're under three, we agree no screen as long as possible, but afterwards they get in contact in the school.

So you, you have to in one protect them, but also get them educated, so it's really a lot of pressure only around this topic.

I just want to say one positive of being able to use screens is when you can have a video call with-
