This week, I share some tips for upping your paper Magic games! Limited Level-Ups Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/limitedlevelups LLU Tierlist…
Alright, what's going on everybody? Today, we're going to be talking about paper magic.
It seems that Magic Arena has gotten so popular that Wizards decided to spin it off into its own physical card game.
Isn't that exciting? But no, paper magic, very different than digital magic in a lot of ways, right? Arena handles so many of the ins and outs of what's going on in the game.
There's all these like little tips and tricks that if you've been playing a long time are kind of second nature as these like things you should do in paper.
But if you're newer to the game, if you started Magic in the digital age and Arena is kind of like the main place that you play Magic, there's a lot of things that aren't going to come super easy to you.
So what I want to do today is walk through some of those tips and tricks for being a better paper player specifically.
And something really cool, I'm really excited about this, something cool we've done for this episode is we've actually recorded footage of a paper draft.
So we recorded the draft portion.
We've got like a, you know, Pro Tour style hand cam of my hand as I'm drafting.
We've got a deck build, kind of like a top down how I built my deck.
And we've got gameplay as well.
So give you some visuals and some examples as we go.
If you are an
audio-only listener, I think this episode should be easy enough to follow along with.
But if you want that little extra something something, it might be a good one to hop on YouTube.
I think it's worth it if you want to give it a look.
