Sichos HaRan 117

This is an awesome sikha.

So let's read through it.

You can take this one.

Do you look inside? Oh, there's another one.

So in this place, there was a town near Medvenko.

So that's where his father-in-law lived, Rabbi Nachman's father-in-law.

This is where his main growth happened, in this place.

Now in that place, what happened? How did he get his Iker growth? It's amazing, right? You ready? Here's the secret to Rabbi Nachman.

His mom has a secret.

There's this big river over there.

River, a lake.

Sounds more like a lake as you go through it, but calls it a river, a lake.

Very, very big.

A lot of reeds.

Marshy area over there.

it was his way, it was Rebbe Nachman's way, he would take a small boat, and he would go and he would get in the boat and he would row himself into the river, into the lake, even though he wasn't able to properly guide, maneuver the boat, for whatever the reason.

Either he wasn't a good guide, or the boat just wasn't good, or the oars were, I don't know.

But he couldn't really steer it properly.

Although he couldn't really guide it, he would push, he would go very far, past all the reeds.

And nobody could see him.

He was so far out, he was not visible from land.

And over there he did what he did.

Over there, he did what he did.

There were some tefillahs that were going on out there.

Praiseworthy is him.
