And what we've seen in some markets is it's hit that plateau, goes up a little, goes down a little bit.
There are still some markets that still continue to rise and peak a little bit later.
There are snowbird markets that have peaked earlier, but then they start to ramp up right now and they peak again later on in the year during the fall.
But by and large, for the United States, it's between July and September where everything peaks.
And then once we get to the holidays, it really starts to tumble as far as the number of buyers in the marketplace.
But at the same time, inventory levels, once we hit that peak, which looks like we're establishing those peaks, starts to drip down at a very similar rate to demand.
That's because fewer homes come on the market during November and December, and a lot of cancellations.

Disneyland, a few weeks ago, actually started their Halloween decorations in all their parks.
