Send us Fan Mail The Less Stressed Life turns 10 next year🤯, and as I started looking back through some of the earliest episodes, I realized there…
Dave RomanelliGuestKrista BieglerHostWelcome to summer, welcome to July, and welcome to this episode of The Less Stress Life.
As we enter our ninth year of The Less Stress Life, I have been reflecting on the past and taking inventory as we prepare for the future.
Very excited about the scheduling the podcast for the rest of the year, but I wanted to revisit some of these oldies but goodies.
So I went through the first 50 or so episodes and picked out a few of my favorites to share with you this month that I thought were still relevant today, and this one tugged at my heartstrings.
This was an episode I did with Dave Romanelli in March of 2019, and he talks about life lessons from the oldest and wisest generation.
I found this very heartwarming because I don't know if you've seen the statistic that 65 to 80% of Gen Z, I think that's 45 to 61, so it's the section of people right below baby boomers, and then millennials, which is the one below that, rate themselves at 60...
So we're considered, these two generations are considered the loneliest generations, whereas baby boomers, only 45% j- resonated with being lonely.
So I felt like this was really interesting, and I feel like even though this episode was a full year before COVID happened, I think that this topic has never been probably more important.
The only negative to sharing some of these older episodes is that we're missing the video, so if you're watching this on YouTube, it'll be a blank screen.

But more than anything, it's paying attention and listening and asking and exchanging that wisdom and the knowledge.

So I think the biggest issue in our culture now is we just don't have the patience.
I gotta get myself a little more faith, a little more love.
I'm your host, Krista Bingler, and I'm going to guess we have at least one thing in common, that we're both in pursuit of a less stressed life.
On this show, I'll be interviewing experts and sharing clinical pearls from my years of practice to support high-performing, health-savvy women in pursuit of abundance and a less stressed life.
One of my beliefs is that we always have options for getting the results we want, so let's see what's out there together.
How many of these bones will they just keep breaking? I gotta get myself a little more faith, a little more love.
