So, you know, uh, y- you kind of, you got involved in a bunch of different things, like after, one of which was MasterChats, and it was kind of like this, you know, like it was a little bit of like an early AI.
Um, you also helped consumer brands.
Like at this point, Tom, you know, what do you-- Just the last question I have, like what do you aspire to do, you know, with your life now? Like what are some short-term or long-term goals that you have, things that you haven't done yet that you want to accomplish?
I have two great girls and, uh, you know, I wanna be a good father and, uh, be a good husband.
But professionally, I've just been fascinated with trying to help people be their best selves.
Um, I, I've done a lot of work with performance psychologists, industrial organizational psychologists, like help people be the best version of yourself and create high-performing teams.
I actually have a product that's coming out in the next couple weeks for, uh, a company I'm, I'm working at now called Criteria, where I'm-- it's gonna be about upscaling leaders at helping you understand yourself, your personality, build higher-performing teams, assess teamwork, and get coaching through AI.
Um, so it's, it's, it's gonna be out in a couple weeks, and it's gonna be pretty cool.
I love like creating high-performing teams and helping people find that meaning and engagement and purpose and, uh, just help, helping like units work more effectively so that you can do something bigger than you could do as an individual a- and hopefully do positive things as a team as opposed to, you know, negative things.
I think teams are the foundation of, of anything hard and most things worth doing hard.
