I was actually just in a leadership class today at my day job because it's required training.

But what's fascinating to me is they have these classes where all the right things are said, but then the people are saying, but that's not the reality of the work environment.

Balance and taking a step back and delegation and taking deep breaths and making sure you exercise and you, you know, raise your hand when things are too much and this and that.

And it's like, but then everybody on that call is probably like... 40 or 50 people on a zoom we're saying but this is not the reality it's nice that you're telling us this but our leaders and our environment does not walk the talk so how have you seen that play out like with the executives and the people you coach like how does that play out how do we get past that in this very corporate life that we all live and work in most of us live and work in

i love this part of the conversation because the truth is um what one of my teachers says it like this um Outer experience is a reflection of inner reality.

And that's from the University of Santa Monica, Ron and Mary Helnick were the founders and that's where I got my psychology degree.

And then I also changed, I changed jobs multiple times, job to job, corporate, and then stay-at-home mom.

But so my point is, and I experienced this with a lot with my clients, once we really start to look at that inner, and I mean, doing, I don't mean, I mean, take a deep breath is great.
