It's time for another **Let's Have a Chat**! In this episode, I'm catching you up on what's been happening in my world of travel over the last couple of weeks. We'll chat about the destinations…
What I will say as well, I am finding, and I love this because I am one, single parents.
So if you are worried about traveling with your children or your child as a single parent, please, please don't.
I have traveled around the world with my son.
We've done lots together.
So, so much together.
So if you are a single parent and you are worried about taking your child or children away on your own, please don't.
There are so many different ways that I can help you, resorts can help you.
Just in general, you can help yourself, 'cause I think that's the worry as well.
I remember the first time I took George long haul, and I panicked about this for months before.
Months and months and months.
Now, anyone who's met George, he is the best traveler you will ever come across.
Obviously eight hours with some stops in, but he is just amazing and he's exactly the same on a plane.
Stick him on a plane, he will sit there and wait until we land.
He is incredible, and I think this is the thing.
Do not underestimate your children.
Do not overestimate your children.
Because your child or children may be the best traveler in the world, but they also may not be the best traveler in the world.
And this is a good way of trying to get them involved.
So obviously if you are flying, you need to be at the airport, depending on where you're going, long haul or short haul, two or three hours before in the airport.
Now, I know what you're thinking.
You're thinking, "What am I going to do with them in the airport?" Because other than one airport I've ever been to, no airports have kind of children's play areas.
They're all very boring.
They're not aimed at children.
