Building Confidence Through Repitition, Curiosity and Small Steps

When was the last time that you did something when you weren't really sure if you could do it? I mean, everybody wants to know they can do the thing before they do the thing, right? But it doesn't work that way.

The confidence comes, it's your receipt.

It's not the ticket that gets you in.

Well, nobody's really ready to do anything.

I mean, I'm still not ready to do some things.

I'm so not ready to do some things.

But yeah, that's what we're talking about today.

I guess we're talking about building confidence and how we build confidence, right? I think

I want to talk a little bit about, you know, confidence is built on, it's like a stair step.

You know how, you know, a baby's learning to walk and they take a step and they fall on their diaper.

then they take two steps, then it's five, then it's 10, then they're walking by themselves.

So I think as adults, we forget that, that it's built with repetition, especially if you're an entrepreneur.

And I started my entrepreneurship very, very late in life.

So I had to learn all of these things that I needed for my business, but I didn't sit there and say, nope i'm not learning that i was like okay what is this about so i think staying curious is huge now if it's

not your thing if you're you try entrepreneurship

it's not your thing then it's not your thing but if it is and you learn one thing and i'll tell you i used to suck at canva suck at canva until i learned how to use the tools Now, I'm not the best at Canva, but I'm a whole lot better than I used to be.

So I remember the

confidence.

I remember when you were not confident about Canva and you were like, I don't know what I'm doing.

And then like the next week you were in showing us all these things that and we were like, well, heck.

Look

at what you can do.

I just

pushed a

whole lot of buttons and started figuring out what it was.
