A Shade of Green

So another celebration for June is the summer solstice.

You know, I'm having a hard time with that word.

I want to call it solace so bad.

But right, it's the official first day of summer and the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere.

And also, do you have anything to add about Summer Solstice?

I mean, it's a celebration of abundance and vitality.

It is a time of acknowledgement of growth and how far you've come.

And also after the 21st, I believe, the days get shorter.

So there's a lot of things, you know, they have rebirth, so to speak.

Oh, okay.

And it also is the middle of the year.

I never thought about it like that, that it's like a turnover.

I always think that it's...

Okay, it must be daylight saving time because now it doesn't get dark until like 9 o'clock over here.

And then its sun comes up like it's 640.

now.

But now they're going to get shorter.

So it's building up to that long day and then they'll start to decrease afterwards.
