I was going to ask now about this concept of integration, like you talked about before, because I know you, you see everything as just tools that are being integrated with one another.

So the frequency that maybe you're using this piece that the CD calf press in training, it obviously can be dependent on time of year goals needs for the athlete.

But if we could speak more generally about it, is this something that you start your training with? and then go out to the track? Do you always start on the track and then come back into the weight room to work on that? Do you use it as a potentiation tool? Or, you know, do you come back and just say, hey, primary stuff is on the track, and then we come back in and train because the weight room is more general? Like, what's your

philosophy? It's, it's, in general, it's weight, it's track first, then weight room second.

I mean, Chula Vista, you know, the weight rooms right on the track, you can do stuff and come right out the door and it was that was you know was was great didn't exist when i was there but it can't it did happen after ty and todd and some of the other guys were there still still is there i believe if if that was the case i would be utilizing the track and the weight room together and you know when we have an indoor facility like we had in in And with the weight room actually on the track in Beijing, we would do things where we would do drills and then hit the weights and do drills and hit the weights.
