Uh, I had some friends from down in the Columbus area that were big trail runners, and I invited them up the next year.
They signed up for it, they came up for the race, and they're dr- they drove in, and the, I meet them in the parking lot and they're like, "What the hell did you get us into? What kind of urban, urban death trap are we engaged in here?"

Trust me." I, I said, "It's, once you run inside the park it's just different than what you just drove through to get here." And yeah, absolutely.
One, one individual said, "If, if you could just ignore the fact that there are houses 100 and 200 yards away," he said, "It really felt like you were running down in Mohi- Mohican State Park." He said he couldn't believe it.
