As you were talking, I was just listening and then also thinking about, you know, a lot of Jocko's podcast episodes.
And then he's also, you know, he's talked about it at the muster and different events that we do at Echelon Front.
when he was interviewing an older gentleman that, you know, I believe is an old World War II vet, or maybe it was Korean War.
And we're talking years and years, I mean, just decades and decades removed from it.
those emotions towards the men that you've lost and to feel those strong emotions and connection and bonds to your teammates.
And, you know, that was one of the things that I just was reflecting upon just now before we were starting.
And, you know, when I was flying back and, you know, then, just the, the weeks following that, I've thought about that a few times.
I mean, there was a lot of really strong rooted emotions in that reunion with the guys.
There's, um, now there's some things that, you know, guys have been holding onto for 20 years that was definitely not healthy.
Um, But it was just a reminder that, hey, as humans, we're going to hold on to emotions.
