I wasn't thrilled with Love and Thunder, and I also was not thrilled with the one he did after that, that little small budget, little indie one he did called Next Goal Wins.
But this is an Academy Award-winning filmmaker who has given us films such as Hunt for the Wilderpeople.
Uh, he gave us What We Do in the Shadows, both the brilliant movie and the brilliant TV show.
He gave us Thor: Ragnarok, which I think is one of the best Marvel movies there is, and he gave us the Academy Award-winning film Jojo Rabbit, which is beyond brilliant.
Well, he's had this new film, uh, coming out called Clara and the Sun with Jenna Ortega based, I guess, on a book that I am not familiar with.
And they gave us a preview for Clara and the Sun at CinemaCon, and I'll just say, well, that looked interesting.
Um, not, not one of the films that really jumped out at me like Whale Fall did, or Other Mommy, or there were a few there that really jumped out at me.
Clara and the Sun wasn't one of those, but still, it looked like it could be interesting.
Well, the first reviews are now out for Clara and the Sun, and Jonathan, they are not kind.
It may go up or down in the near future, but as of this recording, Clara and the Sun is sitting at 18%, which is roughly about 37% lower, or 27% lower than Street Fighter.
Um, and, uh, which is also not terribly good, but I'm sure we'll talk about that a little bit later.
