I was pretty disappointed at the start of the week because The Real Housewives of Atlanta was not on, and I really, really enjoyed the ending to the previous episode when Kelly went in one of the rooms while they were on vacation and really openly spoke about the challenges that she's having with her divorce, not being able to film with her kids, like how difficult it's been and how that has made her show up a lot more maybe aggressively with some of the women and kind of get into fights where she's really just letting off some steam that has nothing to do with anything that Porsha or Drew or any of them said or did.
And Phaedra gives what I can only describe as a sermon where she quotes scripture, and it was a really moving moment between these women, especially when Drew said to Kelly, like, "You need to get through this fight that you're having in your divorce because it gives me hope that I can win mine." And we're now learning, you know, after the season, um, filmed, there's so much crazy stuff going on with Drew and Ralph's divorce, and i- it's just an absolute disaster.
Um, so these women have all been through divorce, and most of them have been through custody battles and co-parenting relationships and had difficulties, and the fact that they're able to kind of come together as a sisterhood was really moving to me.
[laughs] I mean, she just, ugh, bleh, like talking to Angela's daughter and saying, "You're so much nicer than your mother." Just like, I don't know, she's stepping out of line.
Um, I normally love Angela, but she's clearly lying about Shamia sleeping with all these people outside of her marriage.
Maybe before she got married, sure, who knows who she was with, but, um, I feel like Angela's just hearing these little rumors and maybe even coming up with them herself.
You know, can't [laughs] stop laughing when she's like, "The reason Tamra and I are friends are basically because I got sepsis and almost died and decided, you know what? Let's just be friends for the rest of our lives." [laughs] Tamra's like, "Okay." [laughs] Like what? Um, and I absolutely love Heather and Vicki's fight over how Heather got her money.
I mean, Vicki saying doctors don't live in $40 million houses [laughs] is just, mwah, chef's kiss.
