But before we get into all of our Salt Lake Showdown prep, what have you painted? What's your hobby been this week?
What haven't I painted? Well, that is still a sore topic, but I ask any wargamer that.
I am mostly doing last minute finishing touches slash whole model painting to get everything painted up for Showdown.
What I had said to you was that basically my second list was going to entirely depend on what I actually finished.
We are nearing the end of the time I can allot to painting, and so soon it'll be time to for sure finalize the second one.
But I, in the last four days, have burned through Dracius, the two puzzlers, most of them remote or two, the harbinger paramedic, and Toothler is currently almost done.
It has been misery.
I am glad I've kind of gotten the hang of dry brushing, because those puzzlers and draculas would have been a nightmare.
Yeah, I can see that for sure.
They are, funnily enough, smaller in person, the puzzlers.
Mm-hmm.
But...
They're pretty cool models.
I'm also personally glad I don't have to actually paint the Sirius bot to act as a Blackheart, because I was like, wait a minute.
Puzzlers are the same size.
Yep.
So I don't need to actually have both actual dinosaurs.
I could just, for the one list that doesn't have those two, I could just use the Puzzler with the Mark 12 as a Blackheart, and that's fine.
Okay.
All right.
And so as a last remark, basically maybe sometime tonight and then tomorrow is all like deciding the gun color, finally deciding the strap color and then settling down on a base color.
And that's all I got left.
Nice.
You think you're going to make it?
I will.
