I never have considered myself cured because I've definitely had some relapses where I didn't feel free over the course of close to 40 years now.

But I definitely, I love how I am with food now because I just feel very free.

I have a freedom that enables me to ask myself, will this serve my body? Will I feel good after this? Will I truly feel good about my choice? So I have choice.

I have people say, I can still have sugar, right? First of all, I don't tell anybody what they can and can't have.

But I do point out to people if they're like, but I don't have to stop sugar, right? But I would maybe notice the question and where it's coming from.
Like even just to say you have to give up, right? There's just so much resistance when it comes to that.
