Inner Journey with Greg Friedman and guest Colette Duval Pondella

Social media is Inner Journey with Greg Friedman, and the website is gregfriedman.com.

This last week has been one heck of a ride.

Our guests tonight, as I said earlier, are from the Shadowland Foundation.

And I had the privilege of going up there on my birthday.

Drove about three hours or so north to an area around Lake Hughes.

And it's amazing because the last half hour of the drive is in and of itself an integration.

As you're driving further and further in, you are going through a ritual process.

just by itself, leaving the city behind and letting nature just surround you and soak in the sun and the warmth that not only comes from the sun, but comes from the environment, from the trees, from the lake, from the streams that are going by.

And landing on that property, in that foundation, was an incredible portal.

As you go in, you're going into a sacred land.

It really is.

And in doing so, you could either, like a lot of us do, fight, scream, kick.

You know, I heard somebody say something the other day I loved.

You know, any doorway I've gone through has claw marks.

Change is not difficult.

What makes change difficult is the way that we grab onto what was.

And luckily, I was in a state where I wasn't grabbing onto anything.

And I got to walk into an energy of the wolves and this amazing couple who are the founders of Shadowland, Paul and Colette.

And they have their own set of wolf energy.

They have their own set of indigenous energy.

And we spent time talking.

And we spent time doing a ceremony.

And we spent time walking around.

the property, around the lake, around the barn, everything.

And got to spend some time with the wolves as well.
