Our, our message that we came up with, I thought I was building bank for sales, and I was, only I started seeing this ripple effect of it was impacting humans at their core level of relationship in 360 degrees of their life, right? I'm training sales guys and they'd come back and say, "Hey, you saved my marriage." And I'm like, "How did I do that?" I'm like, "Well, I cracked the code of my spouse." Or, "Hey, you made me a better parent." "How did I do that? I cracked the code of my kids," right? So Make People Matter became part of our company mantra, and here we have humanity.

So we've got the age of AI, a, a realm that we've never been before and it's only gonna accelerate.

And then we've got humanity, um, and the crossroads of all of our key relationships and this code.

You know, I heard about it, like, years ago when you were speaking on stage with my friend Eric Lofholm.

And I come from the camp of when I was in my early 20s, I was leading teams of 4 or 500 people because I understood some of these basic principles.

In sales, I called it, you know, sharks, dolphins, whales, and urchins.

Our, our message that we came up with, I thought I was building bank for sales, and I was, only I started seeing this ripple effect of it was impacting humans at their core level of relationship in 360 degrees of their life, right?
