Yeah, so, you know, I mean, with the advent of Instagram, just the proliferation of digital resources, you know, the design world, you know, images, precedent images or images of examples that people are either clients or builder suppliers are using is, you know, just exploded exponentially.

And I've run into a couple of different scenarios that just kind of challenges with using those images.

And so this is something I want to talk through today of kind of, ways that what are just some good and bad use cases of that also just kind of general things to keep in mind as using images like that.

talking about AI generated images or images of real projects that they're, you know, using as inspiration? Well,

that's exactly one of the things I want to talk about is what, you know, with with AI now there's especially in kind of concept phase, you know, get customer clients saying, Hey, I want my house to look like this.

And oftentimes, well, not oftentimes actually, but now occasionally we're getting, they're sending us, you know, they've talked with the AI chat bot and, you know, he's created an image of inspiration of something.

And, and so there's just kind of, a couple of different things that are important to talk about with that.

One, I think it's really important to mention that what you see online and what is reality are not necessarily the same.

It's really easy in a photo or an image to make something look good But in reality, you might go into that space, like I've seen homes that online photograph really well and then you need to walk into them like on a homes tour or something like that.

you know, rented a home or found a home online and then gone and seen it in person knows exactly.

It looks great in pictures, but yeah, in person it's, you lose detail in the pictures.
