I will tell you at the state level, The role that we've played, and we can do more, the role that we've played so far, though, has been granting tax credits to these tech industries that encourages and incentivizes them to come and to build at a discount.
And so we better be asking ourselves, what do we get in return for those tax abatements? And so Again, research psychologist by training, and I did the analysis so you don't have to.
